Schools of Biblical Training (SBTs) are short conferences that equip local church leaders to teach God’s word.

SBTs cover the basic principles of expository ministry – preaching that allows the Bible to speak for itself. Crosslinks SBTs often run for one week in the same place each year, so that the SBT trainers can build relationships with participants and develop knowledge of the culture.

Recent SBTs have been held in:

  • Yangon, Myanmar
  • Marsabit, Kenya
  • Kathmandu, Nepal
  • Iqaluit, Canadian Arctic
  • Phnom Penh, Cambodia
  • Namagongo, Uganda
  • Novi Sad, Serbia

In January 2020, a team went to Uganda to run an SBT for pastors. Watch the video below to get a flavour of the week.
