Nancy Muringo Muthike

Nancy is a BEST study partner at Africa International University in Nairobi.

Nancy moved to Marsabit after completing a Theological Diploma at Carlisle College. The culture in this region was unfamiliar to Nancy but, thanks to the Lord, her labours there have borne much gospel fruit.

Having originally worked as the warden for the training centre in Marsabit, Nancy has since been ordained as a deacon (in 2009) and then a priest (in 2010). Her current role in the diocese involves overseeing the children’s work, which has included facilitating the training of numerous Sunday school teachers.

Rt Rev Rob Martin, former bishop of Marsabit, writes, 'Nancy works hard and people really appreciate her ministry. Nancy is very able to do further studies and I recommend her wholeheartedly for this course.'

After she has completed the course, Nancy will return to Marsabit to resume her work in children’s and youth ministry.

Training
Nancy is studying for a Bachelor of Theology until May 2020. She is married to Amos and they have a daughter, Olive. Nancy needs £3,010 per academic year until the end of May 2020 to complete her studies.
