Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As we come to the end of our time in the Gambia, we continue to give thanks for all your prayers over the past four months. They are a constant reminder to us that the glory be to God, not ourselves, for all our success in sharing God’s word with God’s world these past four months.
Since you last heard from us we have had a lot of lasts, but also some firsts. We’ll start with the firsts because they’re always much happier than lasts. Two weeks ago, we had our first trip to Senegal and enjoyed some team fun at Esperanto Lodge. A bit too much fun if you ask me, as the boarder nearly closed and we nearly stayed the night in Senegal.
