As part of his gap year, Ben will be spending four months serving alongside Andy and Bethanie Walker in Mendoza, where Andy is the pastor of El Señor de la Viña Church.
Ben will be getting stuck in with the church and supporting them in youth work and music ministry, as well as building relationships and helping them with outreach, particularly with the youth, using his gifts and passion for sport to make connections in the local community. Ben will also be continuing to study Spanish and to receive theological training and mentorship.
As part of his time in Argentina, Ben also plans to visit other churches in areas such as Córdoba, Tucumán and Buenos Aires.
