Nicola is a BEST study partner at Forte Torre Church, Bologna.

After graduating with a degree in journalism, Nicola started training to become a filmmaker, hoping to serve God through film. He plans to use digital media to communicate the gospel and to assist local churches in their ministries. Nicola graduated from the Italian National Academy of Cinema in 2020 but would now like to improve his theological understanding. He writes, ‘I believe that it is important to communicate the gospel well, with the new media that we have, but is always more important to know what the gospel is all about. It would be useless to communicate a wrong message in a beautiful way.’

The Applicazione course was launched by Forte Torre Church in 2015. It is designed to train Italian Christians to become future church leaders and covers all the main areas that are taught in theological seminaries.
