Matthias is a BEST study partner with Crosslands Seminary.

Matthias grew up in a Christian family where his parents led him in family devotions. He came to faith in the Lord Jesus as a young child.

Previously, Matthias studied and then taught at Servants of the Word in The Gambia (where former Crosslinks Mission Partners Nick and Harriet Algeo served). During his time as a student, Matthias was supported through BEST. As a staff member, he did the Ministry Training Course run online by St Ebbe’s Oxford. Having completed that, he is doing his Masters with Crosslands.

Since finishing with SOW in The Gambia, Matthias has started a small Bible school in Liberia (which currently has three students). He also preaches regularly and teaches Bible studies at United Liberia Inland Church – Highway Branch as well as teaching at Sunday school.
