George is a BEST study partner at St Paul’s University in Limuru.

George is a military chaplain with the Kenyan Defence Forces. In this role George offers pastoral support and guidance to military personnel and their families. This includes leading church services and supporting members of the armed forces as they study remotely for a Certificate in Theology. When George is not in the field, he assists in the Diocese of Marsabit, where he previously served as a church pastor.

George has a Diploma in Theology but has been recommended for further theological studies in order to better equip him for his work with the military. He shares, ‘This will give me a broader mind to understand the Bible and help my congregation. It will also enable me to be more useful to my students.’

Training
George is studying the three-year Bachelor of Divinity course from January 2022 until September 2024. He needs £1,250 per year.
