Dangia was born and raised in a non-Christian family. When he was 19 years old, he caught a disease and became critically ill. His parents went to different magicians and asked them to heal their son, but none of their methods worked. Then their neighbour told the family about the power of Jesus to heal. Dangia immediately went to his local church and heard the gospel for the first time, after which he received Jesus as his Lord and Saviour.
The Lord has done many things in Dangia’s life since: he healed him from his disease and has changed his behaviour to become more Christ-like. Having received Jesus’ salvation for himself, Dangia sees the need of his community for the gospel, particularly his Muslim friends. However, he recognises his need for training, in order to be a mature servant and preacher of the gospel in his local area. Dangia is currently the pastor of a church in the Alaku Sire parish, but is hoping to study theology for four years to be better trained to handle God’s word and teach others.

Dangia needs a total of £2,605 for four years of study, from 2022 – 2026 (which includes a 10% administration fee). He needs £620 for 2022 – 2023, £635 for £2023 – 2024, £660 for 2024 – 2025 and £690 for 2025 – 2026.
