What is Timothy Mazimpaka doing?

Timothy is a Rwandan national, married to Rachel and father of two girls, Janvieh and Jedidiah. He works for FOCUS, Kenya as an evangelist among university students. FOCUS (Fellowship Of Christian UnionS), has a vision to prepare and train graduates to have a godly impact on the Church and society. Timothy trained as a Church Army evangelist at Carlile College, Kenya and has also completed an All Nations Christian College two-year degree programme in the UK.
In Timothy’s own words, the recent troubles in Kenya have served to highlight the existing need for social, political, economical and spiritual transformation in Kenya. FOCUS understands the impact of students as future leaders and catalysts for change within the country, so desire to make disciples to impact Kenya for Christ. Through workers like Timothy they train and equip students for evangelism, missions, discipleship, leadership development, and Bible study, so that they can be effective and relevant to the church and the world they are called to serve.
