Next - Overview
NEXT is our short term mission programme for those aged 30 and above. The programme is suitable for individuals, pairs and small groups seeking to use their professional skills and experience in Christian service overseas.
A NEXT experience will give you the opportunity to serve, to sample a new and different culture, to share in the lives of others and to grow in your own knowledge and understanding of God.
Crosslinks is recognised by Global Connections as operating under the Code of Best Practice in Short-Term Mission 2011 and 2012
Specific Opportunities:
Here are some specific opportunities available at the moment. If you don't see anything that suits, just ask.
Volunteers should be:
- Aged 30 and above
Under 30? » - Mature Christians who are members of a local church and have a passion for the Gospel
- Resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland
- Ready to give their professional skills, gifts and time in God’s service – usually for a minimum of 3 weeks or more
- Flexible and open to experiencing new cultures and ways of life
- Willing and able to be financially self-supporting
