Philip and Fiona with Jasmine and Bethany were in Iringa, Tanzania, where they worked for the Diocese of Ruaha, under Archbishop Donald Mtetemela. Fiona was Youth and Children's trainer, working with the Youth department and the Mother's Union. Philip was teaching at Amani Bible School, which trains Pastors, evangelists and other students for ministry in the diocese.
Philip & Fiona already have some experience in building cross-cultural relationships, as Philip is from the south of England and Fiona is from the North!' In October 2009 Jasmine officially joined the family
