Sihle comes from Soweto, South Africa. He has a Bachelors in Theology from George Whitfield College, Cape Town. He came to England in 2005 for two years to study on the Cornhill Training Course and to be an apprentice with Crosslinks. Sihle is now leading a church plant in Soweto, starting in February 2008
