Debbie and Alun both studied at LBC and went out to South Africa separately in 2006 when they went to work with a homeless project called U Turn outside Cape Town. They got married in 2007. Alun is still working for U Turn and Debbie is running a project for vulnerable children called 'Arise'. They have been short-term volunteers with AIM, and have now been accepted as long term mission partners with Crosslinks.
They are
working in Heiderveld, outside Cape Town. Alun is working with a project
for homeless men and women and Debbie is working with vulnerable children.
Pray for protection for them in their work, and for opportunities to share
the Gospel and that they might see both children and adults come to a living
faith in Jesus.
