Prayer Letter February 2008
Dear Brethren from the UK,
We greet you in our Lord Jesus' precious name.
FAMILY NEWS
The reason why you didn't hear from me for a while was that we were all sick at home.
Since we came back to Dapaong with my wife and the two children, we have been seriously sick. Even right now we are still under medical treatment. My own was a sort of heart attack. My wife Melanie has suffered from stomach ache. Our son God's love has vomited very often anything he eats. We went to the hospital and treated ourselves by God's grace. That's means we have all suffered from Typhoid fever. Right now our daughter Daniela is still sick, please pray for her. Nevertheless, in all this trial we are happy in suffering for Christ sake. We really need your prayer and assistance often.
MINISTRY at TANTIGOU and among THE FULANIES
Coming to the ministry itself, we are so happy of what the Lord God is doing in Dapaong through us. We have opened a new church branch at Tantigou and we are counting already 29 souls in that church . I'm the pastor of the new chapel at Tantigou ;But my health is embitter me at the moment. Please pray for me and my family here at Dapaong and my brothers and sisters in Lome too. They sent me a message meaning that they also sick.
Talking about the Fulanies, we praise God for their life. The Lord God is opening their eyes to see the true and the mistry of the power of God. Just a week ago the Lord God provided four bags of corn to them through a group of missionaries that came from America. Right now there is a severe famine taking place already in Dapaong because of the flood that destroyed every crops last August and September 2007. The price of the cereals is increasing day after day Please continue praying for the Fulanies.
NEW EVENT
For the past three weeks we had a teaching seminar for pastors and leaders of the church at the centre of Ministry Of Jesus. Three speakers came from America and two from the UK. The speakers from the UK were Charlie and Anita CLEVERLY from OXFORD (Charlie is Sena's father in the Lord " His pastor " )
By God's grace I will send you more news when I regain my strength.
