Sonia Candish

Having worked in London as a primary school teacher and educational psychologist, Sonia has a thorough background in education. Sonia worked initially with Arise in South Africa for two years through the NEXT programme.  She is now continuing longer term. 

Sonia helps provide homework clubs for children struggling with basic skills, consultation support to teachers in local schools, and therapeutic support and prayer for children and parents in Heideveld.

Sonia is also offering training, support and prayer for foster carers and adoptive parents in Cape Town.
